Business Development Manager

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and think strategically.
- Knowledge of market research and sales techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel and attend client meetings as required.
- Leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining company profitability. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support business growth. Track and report on sales performance metrics and pipeline activities. Attend networking events, conferences, and industry exhibitions. Provide insights and feedback to management for strategic planning.
