01
Coverage that fits your assignment
Discuss temporary staffing gaps, additional event posts, after-hours property coverage, or recurring California assignments. Share the site location, officer requirements, shift windows, expected duration, and any special access or reporting requirements. Availability is confirmed after review.
02
Clear responsibilities from day one
Agree on the scope of work, site-specific post orders, escalation contacts, supervision, uniforms, approved branding, and the chain of command. Written terms should identify the contracting parties and avoid conflicting instructions between the property, prime contractor, and onsite officers.
03
Licensing, insurance, and due diligence
Before an assignment is accepted, the parties review applicable company licensing, officer credentials, insurance requirements, and any client restrictions on subcontracting. Armed assignments require separate assessment and appropriate credentials; subcontracting does not bypass California requirements.
04
Reporting and commercial terms
Define attendance verification, incident reporting, supervisor communication, invoice approval, payment timing, and handling of scope changes. Pricing is custom and shared privately after the schedule and responsibilities are understood. No placement, exclusivity, or volume commitment is implied.
